Is there anything better than a leisurely stroll through a forest transformed into a painting of vibrant colors on a sunny spring day in Korea?
Allow us to introduce an ideal place to experience the Korean spring in its full glory.
Located in Gyeonggi Province’s Paju City, Byeokchoji Garden beautifully merges Eastern and Western flora. Since its opening in 2005, what began as a modest plot with shallow water and a few trees has blossomed into an expansive garden spanning approximately 300,000 square meters and featuring six thematic areas.
Home to over 1,000 plant species and 26 beautifully crafted Eastern and Western gardens, each garden is adorned with statues, trees, fountains, and flowers, offering a plethora of sights to behold.
As spring unfolds, Byeokchoji Garden bursts into a spectacular display of colors during April and May, offering a serene escape from the everyday hustle. It's a perfect time to see the dazzling array of blooming flowers and tulips under the warm spring sun 🌞🌺🌹.
How about making a plan to stroll along the vibrant and accessible pathways of Byeokchoji Garden? The garden's gentle terrain makes it easy for everyone to navigate, including those with strollers or wheelchairs. Wheelchairs can be borrowed at no cost, and strollers are available for a nominal fee of KRW 2,000.
