In Siheung City, Gyeonggi Province, just outside of Seoul, lies a special place where you can escape the city and immerse yourself in nature.
It’s Yongdo Tree Garden, a beloved destination for family outings, offering seasonal activities and attractions year-round.
The garden is home to over 1,200 species of plants, along with a fragrant Herb Village, a restaurant & rest area, animal-feeding experiences, and much more, making it a fun and relaxing spot for the whole family.
From the entrance, you’re greeted by the foliage greenhouse and herb garden, and inside, there’s also a cozy café where you can take a break. The café sells not only snacks and drinks but also small, cute experiences like feeding activities:
- 🐟 Fish food: KRW 1,000
- 🐰🐐 Rabbit & goat food (carrots): KRW 2,000
Kids love feeding the animals. The goats rush over excitedly while the rabbits nibble away at a slower pace, both bringing plenty of laughter and smiles.
Children can also hop on a mini train ride (KRW 3,000 per person), making even the journey itself a fun adventure.
Head further inside the garden and you’ll find the Dinosaur Park, filled with dinosaur models that are especially popular with young dinosaur fans.
Yongdo Tree Garden is more than just a garden of flowers and trees. It’s a multi-experience natural space where you can enjoy activities, play, and relaxation all in one.
It’s a great place to spend the day with kids, animals, and nature, without a moment of boredom.
🍂 This fall, if you’re looking for a healing trip into nature with your family, be sure to visit Yongdo Tree Garden in Gyeonggi Province!
