During tea time, you share tea and conversation with a monk.
Rather than a place to find the right answers or receive teachings,
it is closer to a time where you can calmly bring out thoughts you may have put off in your daily life.

You also learn temple etiquette and share temple-style meals together allowing you to experience Buddhist culture and temple life up close.
While enjoying simple yet neatly prepared Korean food you are given time to focus fully on the act of eating itself.

If you choose the 1-night, 2-day experiential program
you can experience both the morning and evening at the temple.
and if you wish, you may also take part in the 108 prostrations.

After the evening meal, you participate in the evening Buddhist service

Early in the morning, after finishing the meal, walking meditation is held along the forest paths surrounding the temple.

During the day, you slowly walk along forest trails filled
with sunlight listening closely to the sounds of nature and as the sun sets,

you take time to reflect on the day within the stillness that envelops the temple.

The one-day program is suitable for travelers with a shorter schedule.

You can lightly experience time at the temple through activities such as meditation,
making prayer bead bracelets, and tea meditation, and for those new to temple stays it is designed as a low-pressure, beginner-friendly program!
