Just about an hour’s drive from Seoul, Baegot Hanul Park in Siheung City, Gyeonggi Province, stretches along the wide-open West Sea, offering a perfect summer getaway for the whole family.

The park features seawater pools for both adults and young children, so everyone can enjoy the water and sunshine together.

Surrounded by the blue waters of the West Sea and swaying palm trees, you can cool off and soak up a little bit of an exotic vibe right in the city. Kids can splash around happily in the pools, while parents relax on mats under the shade, taking in the ocean view and enjoying a peaceful moment. 

You can bring your own food or order delivery, making it an ideal spot for a family outing.

Daily Capacity: 700 visitors (first-come, first-served)

Admission Fee: KRW 5,600 (card payment only)

Pool Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (45-minute sessions + 15-minute breaks, full closure for lunch 12:00–1:00 PM)

Shade Tent Rentals: 20 tents available, KRW 5,000 each (first-come, first-served)

Thanks to its affordable admission fee and scenic location, the saltwater pools are very popular. On summer weekends, lines can form even before the 10:00 AM opening, so it’s best to arrive early.  

Pool Details

Adult Pool: Depth approx. 0.7 m (waist level)

Kids Pool: Depth approx. 0.4 m (knee level)

Water: 70% underground seawater (from 150 m below) + 30% tap water

Facilities: Changing rooms, showers, nursing room, first-aid room, snack shop, café
