What is a nature purification park? 🌿

Semiwon is a nature purification park located in Gyeonggi Province’s Yangpyeong County. Spanning approximately 204,713 square meters, it features multiple ponds that are home to various aquatic plants, including diverse water lilies. It plays a role in naturally purifying the water that flows through the ponds, which then flows to the Paldang Dam. 👀

There's the joy of walking on stepping stones in the gently flowing water. The beautiful scenery of Semiwon, with its lush green lotus fields in spring, summer, and autumn, flowing rivers around the park, and the blue sky, is truly breathtaking.

You can also see the iconic ‘Jangdokdae Fountain’ in Semiwon, which showcases the charm found in the traditional beauty of the garden. The refreshing water streams from the fountain can soothe your heart.

Semiwon not only serves as an environmental purifier but also as a place to encounter beautiful natural landscapes.
